UPDATE: Rassvet and Russia’s Sovereign Space Internet (after 2nd launch)

Russia’s Rassvet constellation now has 31 production-series satellites in orbit and predictable visibility windows over Ukraine. This update assesses what the network can already do, what remains unproven, and how it compares with Starlink and other sovereign LEO systems.
